Welcome to the Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Statute Reference Library where we have attempted to collect statutes that are relevant to firearm owners in Pennsylvania. Currently this database contains only Pennsylvania statutes that relate to firearms (and a handful of statutes that they reference) but does not contain the entire Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
